GC 091 Cadillac Ranch

West of Amarillo, rising out of the flat desert plains on the southern side of the I-40 access road, is a public art installation created in 1974 by Chip Lord, Hudson Marquez and Doug Michels.  It consists of 10 Cadillacs buried in the ground.
